Boat Rental Service

DELIVERY AND PICKUP SERVICE
SML premier Boats offer a special delivery service to lake home owners or vacationers, we will deliver our boat to a designated SML waterfront home and pick up the boat at the end of the rental period.

BOATING SAFETY

SML Premier Boats has placed great emphasis on BOATING SAFETY.  We provide all operators a mandatory comprehensive dockside safety briefing and operational orientation to the craft.  Because our strong emphasis on safety we offer a 5% discount on the rental fees if renter has completed the formal boater safety course.

RENTING  DETAILS

• All boats are equipped with an information package which includes a map, location of waterfront restaurants, marinas, emergency contact numbers.
• The boats are also equipped with fenders, anchor, dock lines, life jackets, and all necessary safety equipment.
• All water activity including tubing/skiing are at your own risk.  
• Our boats will carry  11/12 passengers and equipped with a  150 HP 4 stroke engine.
• Renter must be 21 and have a valid drivers license.
• The renter will not operate the boat while under the influence of alcohol and/or narcotics.
• Renters are responsible for fuel.  Our pontoons have a fuel capacity of 32 or 38 gallons depending on model.  We will identify to the renter the fuel level when delivered, the renter is responsible for returning the boat with the same amount of fuel.  When we pick the boat up after the rental period, if the tank is at a lower level, we will deduct the cost of the fuel from the renters damage deposit.
• Reservations canceled within 48 hours will not be refunded their deposit if the craft cannot be re-rented.
• There will be a minimum of $25 clean up fee if returned excessively dirty.
• We will with the renter inspect the entire boat including the prop noting any defects before departure and upon return.  The renter will be responsible for any damage, outside any fair wear and tear during their rental period.
• We will provide a inventory of all onboard equipment.  The renter will be responsible for any lost or damaged equipment during their rental period.
